In the context of the initiatives to be implemented to comply with the provisions of the Legislative Decree (231 organisational and control Model) the Board of Directors has adopted BFF's Code of Ethics which, without exception, requires all Company representatives and external contractors who are the target of its provisions to behave consistently with the principles it sets out.

With this corporate Code of Ethics, BFF intends to formally adopt the principles of legitimacy, adequacy, transparency and verifiability which will shape its conduct.

BFF considers the fact of being publicly recognised as a responsible and reliable enterprise from the standpoint of corporate reputation, an essential plus for its success and promotion of its image.

Legislative Decree No. 231/2001 introduced a complex and innovative sanctions system for entities' liabilities for crimes committed in their interest or to their advantage by persons holding top positions in their structure, or persons supervised by them.
