For this reason, specific channels, processes and procedures are in place at BFF to ensure confidentiality and the absence of retaliatory acts to people who report illegitimate conduct.

 

Violations and/or irregularities related to the issues governed by the attached Whistleblowing Procedures and external regulations may be reported.

 

The Bank guarantees confidentiality of personal data of the whistleblower as well as protection against a series of retaliatory, discriminatory and unfair conduct resulting from aforementioned reporting, in accordance with in-force regulatory requirements.

 

Reports should be submitted through the use of one of the following channels:
