The Guidelines to Shareholders on the quali-quantitative composition of the Board of Directors are intended to provide shareholders with a valuable support tool for the selection of candidates, in order to prepare the list of the Board of Directors, in view of the next Shareholders' Meeting in 2024 that will be called, among other things, to renew the corporate bodies.
